Accommodation Details
To make the weekend as smooth as possible, we have pre-booked rooms for all guests from Friday September 4th to Sunday September 6th. This means you do not need to book a hotel yourself for those dates.
We’ve chosen these hotels so that all guests are staying close to one another, allowing us to organise efficient transfer pick-ups and drop-offs throughout the weekend.
After the RSVP deadline on February 14th, we will review all responses and then send each guest a personal email with their assigned hotel and practical details — making it easy for you to plan your flights and travel arrangements.
Key Information
- Rooms are reserved for Friday, September 4th – Sunday, September 6th.
- A personal confirmation email with your hotel assignment will be sent after the RSVP deadline.
- We have arranged a generous friends-and-family discount for all guests. All information will be communicated in each personal confirmation email.
- Breakfast is included.
- Guests will pay at check-in directly at the hotel.
- For stays before September 4th or after September 6th, please contact the hotels directly to book additional nights.
